The dramatic growth in the number adults with debilitating mental health needs combined with the overall population aging, affects not only families and workplaces, but also healthcare and social services delivery systems. Meeting the needs and leveraging the contributions of an increasingly diverse population presents both challenges and opportunities to long-term care communities as well as other service providers. Partnering with skilled and compassionate healthcare providers, we have the information, tools, and resources to enhance our residents’ overall quality of care while thriving and aging gracefully in same and secure community with a home-like atmosphere.

Our CEO

Jennifer Richmond is a Long-term health care administrator. She is specifically involved in the management of programs that provide continuous care and support services for patients and families at Fairfax Behavioral Health and Memory Care Community LLC community. She has over 20 years of Health Care experience, married to Gregory Richmond and has 3 young boys, Jaylen, Jacoby, and Jamar. She is happy to be serving in Fairfax, Ok. She believes this community will be a thriving community to grow into.

Our Community

OSAGE COUNTY is the largest county by area in the state of Oklahoma. Created in 1907 when Oklahoma was admitted as a state, the county is named for and is home to the federally recognized Osage Nation. The county is coextensive with the Osage Reservation, established by treaty in the 19th century when the Osage relocated there from Kansas. We support and welcome all our neighbors and look forward to a diverse and proudly serve our future and current residents

Our Mission

Fairfax Behavioral Health proudly serves each individual’s clinically complex diagnoses with compassion and dignity. By offering a wide array of unique health care services, we strive to achieve our goal to advance healthcare excellence to the geriatric, behavioral health, and memory care sectors. Mental health goals and struggles are unique to each person, requiring the individualized care we proudly provide. Recognizing that everyone experiences personal challenges, we provide assistance during the difficult periods while simultaneously facilitating life enriching opportunities.


Our Team

At Fairfax Behavioral Health and Memory Care Community LLC our Clinical care team includes our physicians, nurses, physician assistants, clinical pharmacists, social workers, activities directors, and other health professionals that help to establish new lines of collaboration, communication, and cooperation to better serve our residents needs. Community involvement is meaningful, consistent participation in activities that support and improve upon social wellbeing. Community involvement examples include engaging with, volunteering for or donating to local schools, neighborhood associations, government, and/or nonprofit organizations.
